  • 1 cup Shivtara Sooji
  • 1 chopped finely Onion
  • 2 chopped Green chilli
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • ΒΌ tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 tblspn Ghee
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves or spring onion for garnishing
  • 2 cups warm water

Instructions
 

Method:

  • In a kadai add ghee and crackle some mustard seeds, Urad dal, Asafoetida for 1min.
  • Add in onions, green chilli, curry leaves and cook for 1min.
  • Add in the warm water, and mix well, let it come to a good boil. Season with some salt.
