Mix Shivtara Chakki Atta, oil & salt together in a mixing bowl until well blended. Add enough water and knead in to a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let this rest for 15 minutes before dividing it in to equal portions.
Roll each portion in to a ball and roll out on a pre oiled surface in to thin round flat circles.
Heat your oil to deep fry the poori’s.
Drop the poori in to the oil, pressing the top lightly until it puffs in to a baloon.
Flip over, cook and remove to drain.
Serve Hot.
