Mix Shivtara Chakki Atta, oil & salt together in a mixing bowl until well blended. Add enough water and knead in to a soft dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let this rest for 30 minutes before dividing it in to equal portions.
Roll each portion in to a ball and then roll it out flat with your rolling pin.
Add a portion of the cheese stuffing in the middle and wrap the rolled out paratha around it.
Heat a frying pan or tava, place the paratha on it, add some ghee to cook it until golden brown on both sides.
