Mix all ingredients except the oil and knead until soft for around 6 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon oil and knead again until the dough becomes springy to touch.
It should be not sticky. If sticky, add a little flour. If too dry, you can add more water by the teaspoon.
Coat the inside of a deep bowl & Transfer this dough into it, and leave in a warm place for an hour to rise until double in size.
When doubled in size, punch the dough down and knead gently again.
Shape gently in to a log and placed in a well oiled bread pan, cover and leave in a warm place to rise again until double in size.
In the meantime, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees.
Once the bread dough has risen for the second time, place it in your warm oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through.
Cool completely before slicing
