Banana & carrot bread

- 2 cups Shivtara Maida
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 2 to 3 medium
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped
Instructions
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine the Shivtara Maida, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, bananas and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in carrots and pecans. Transfer to a greased 9×5-in. loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
