Easy to make, scrumptious white bread loaf

- 3 cups Shivtara Maida
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except the oil and knead until soft for around 6 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil and knead again until the dough becomes springy to touch.
- It should be not sticky. If sticky, add a little flour. If too dry, you can add more water by the teaspoon.
- Coat the inside of a deep bowl & Transfer this dough into it, and leave in a warm place for an hour to rise until double in size.
- When doubled in size, punch the dough down and knead gently again.
- Shape gently in to a log and placed in a well oiled bread pan, cover and leave in a warm place to rise again until double in size.
- In the meantime, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Once the bread dough has risen for the second time, place it in your warm oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through.
- Cool completely before slicing
