How to make Mysore Bonda.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain Yogurt/Dahi
- 1 cup Shivtara Maida
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- salt to taste
- oil for deep-frying
Instructions
Method:
- To make mysore bonda, combine the Dahi/Yogurt and ½ cup of water in a deep bowl and whisk well.
- Combine all the ingredients, including the Yogurt/Water mixture in a deep bowl and mix very well using your hands.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, shape each portion into a round using your hands and deep-fry, a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve with coconut chutney & green chutney
